George Gospodinov
Gospodinov likes the inspiration of the mythology, the history and life scenes. Gospodinov found many subjects that led him to recreate scenes following his own perspective and view. It gave him the freedom to further develop his imagination. Gospodinov highlighted the body language and moves in each of the art pieces by using pencil, ink and/ or oil. Gospodinov highlighted the facial expressions as well as the body gestures and moves. It followed the lines of the profile and the face front of each of his characters. Gospodinov felt this was the best voicing of the lines of each body move. Inspired by the tradition and classical subjects coming from the Ancient Greek Mythology and the history where the “classical beauty” was first seen as well as the beauty of the naked body. All these were used from Gospodinov as expressions of the body moves and language. Finally, Gospodinov’s work shows figures and scenes highlighting the perfection of the human body and the power of the body language.
